About 

​My name is Bryan Cortez, I was put on this earth to help you achieve the best physique you can possibly attain. I spent six years in University to learn the ins and outs of exercise science, anatomy, metabolism, and psychology to develop training and nutrition plans that are maximally effective and sustainable. In that time in University, I managed to train dozens of individuals of varying demographics...... Oh, and I also picked up a BS in Kinesiology and a MS in Applied Exercise Science, with a 4.0 GPA, no biggie. If you are a highly motivated individual with lofty fitness goals, you came to the right place. With my knowledge, and your dedication, we will attain life-altering results. You will achieve your goals while expanding your exercise IQ, and attaining life- changing habits to become your best self. I pride myself of providing great results and personal attention to all my clients. My services are an amalgam of my academic and real-life professional experience to provide you with evidence-based training and nutrition strategies that guarantee results. You will learn and receives the tools you need for future success. I want you to learn so much about fitness that you will no longer need me. I want you to be self-sustaining and confident enough in your training knowledge that you will be able to write your own diet and training plans one day.

8 Weeks 1-on-1
Training

$600 for 8 weeks

- Weekly Check-Ins - Personalized Training Program (based on your goals, preferences, injuries, and training history) - Personalized Nutrition Plans - Weekly Macro, Training, and Cardio Adjustments - Email Responses (within 24 hours) - Supplement Recommendations - Upfront Macrocycle Design. We will plan your next 6-10 months and advance to set you up for long term success. Must Have: - Body Weight Scale - Tape Measurer - Food Scale - Access To a Gym or Weights at Home I pride myself of providing great results and personal attention to all my clients. My services are an accumulation of my academic and real-life experience to provide you with evidence-based training and nutrition strategies that guarantee results. You will learn and receive all the tools you need for future success. I want you to learn everything you need to know to take your health and fitness into your own hands. I will provide you with all the knowledge you need to fire me and stay six-pack ready year round on your own. I will always be here if you need extra accountability and care, but I ultimately aspire to educate my clients so that they may prosper with or without me.

12 Weeks 1-on-1 Training

$900 for 12 weeks

$1,500 for 26 Weeks

Personalized One-Time Nutrition Program

$200 Personalized One-TimeNutrition Program

- A custom nutrition plan based on your goals, food preferences, special dietary needs, and preferred meal frequency. - This option is for individuals who need help with diet design and adherence. The goal is created nutrition plan that provides results and is easy to adhere to. - I will send out a questionnaire and design a nutrition plan for you based on the responses you provide. - This option does not include weekly macro and cardio manipulations. Please see the online coaching service for weekly check-ins.
